Let’s face it: The NFT space moves really fast. Considering how quickly things can change in the metaverse, a week in NFTs might as well be a month IRL.

Don’t get us wrong — the more people onboarded into the space, the merrier. But because of the constant influx of great art and ideas, it’s becoming increasingly difficult to keep up with all the news, launches, and general happenings.

Why: Leeds United will be releasing a limited series of NFTs with the aim to raise funds for the Ukraine Humanitarian crisis. These limited NFTs will feature digital renditions of the exclusive “No War” shirts worn by players before a match against Manchester United and will each be digitally signed by the player.

Twisted Collaborations

Why: Digital artist and freelance photographer Nate Hill has become known throughout the NFT community for his twisting, augmented reality landscape photographs. Why: Psilo is a new large-scale avatar project consisting of three species of unique 3D characters. A percentage of proceeds from the Psilo project will be donated to MAPS (Multidisciplinary Association of Psychedelics Studies).

Why: Robert Alice’s Portraits of a Mind started out as a global art project to decentralize Bitcoin’s codebase into 40 fragments (pieces).
