For today’s prompt, write a spring poem. Regardless of what your local groundhog prognosticated on February 2, the first day of spring is nearly upon us. So it’s a perfect time to write a springtime poem.

“Daylight Savings Front,” by Robert Lee Brewer

Of course, the birds are dancing
and flowers, of course, they bloom,
but time and temps advancing
mean migraines and certain doom.
